Early Career
After completing my Masters in Food and Nutrition, I began my career as a clinical dietitian in a hospital. This experience brought me hands-on awareness of the important role of food and nutrition in managing different health conditions.
Later in my career, I had the opportunity to work in the test kitchen of a global food major, well known as the world's largest and most diversified food and beverages company. At the test kitchen, I worked extensively with various products, creating easy-to-make and healthy recipes.
Additionally, I was responsible for editing their 'Food Talk Club' monthly newsletter, where I focused on spreading knowledge about the importance of food and nutrition in promoting overall health.
However, this experience also exposed me to the potential ills of over-dependence on processed foods and the lack of knowledge among consumers on how to identify healthy ingredients. Without this knowledge, even the most delicious meal preparation cannot be truly beneficial for one's wellness.
